Our Texas Electrical School & Apprenticeship program was launched in 2024 to provide vocational and technical education under the highest federal standards. Our mission is simple: deliver a world-class electrical apprenticeship that is affordable, transparent, and rigorous — without the bureaucratic overhead that drives up costs at other institutions.
As a Department of Labor–approved apprenticeship school, TESA operates under the highest federal standards for apprenticeship training. We believe that contractors and apprentices deserve a school that puts their interests first — not administrative excess.
TESA is proud to be an NCCER-accredited training sponsor. We provide full NCCER accreditation to our apprentices, giving them nationally recognized credentials that are respected across the construction and electrical industry.
TESA is proud to support our nation's veterans. Through our partnership with the Veterans Association, we offer exclusive benefits and opportunities for veterans transitioning into the electrical trade.
